The Paper Print and Products, situated in the heart of Mumbai, is one of the pioneer firms in the field of packaging and printing. Started in 1969, it was the vision of one man, who anticipated the new and challenging needs that the packaging industry would face in the coming future. The essential quality of packaging is often most neglected. But we at Paper Print & Products make it our mission. The package we design for you will always ensure that your product reaches your consumer, in the same state in which it leaves the factory. Packaging which was earlier considered a logistical need, which just ensures safe delivery and proper storage, is no longer a fact. Packaging now serves another purpose too, that of marketing. A recent survey indicates that, at least 60% of consumers make their buying decision, at that moment, while judging a product, by its presentation and packaging. In such a scenario, packaging shouldn't be compromised on. CeoThe founder partner was a dynamic NRI based in the U.K. Being a visionary, he realized the importance of packaging and how greatly it would influence a product, as early as 1969 and therefore established The Paper Print & Products.
He was a well-known philanthropist and the founder Trustee and Chairman of Noon Hospital & Research Centre at Bhawanimandi, Rajasthan.
Arif F. Bandukwala
Managing PartnerThe Managing partner in The Paper Print and Products And Trustee at the Noon Hospital and Research Centre . He is a post Graduate in Commerce from Bombay University Hailing from a reputed business family having an 80 year old flourishing business of Arms and Ammunition, he preferred to carve out a niche for himself, apart from his family business wherein he is also a partner.
Being associated with the business of flexible packaging in various capacities, he has reached the top position in the organization. With an experience of over 50 years in the business, he is at ease with all crucial aspect of this business, whether it is marketing or finance or production planning or man Management or material management.
Aamir Mithaiwala
PartnerMr. Aamir Asgar Mithaiwala a partner in The Paper Print and Products is a BSc Graduate with a Post Graduate degree in Business Administration from the Xavier’s Institute of Management.
Earlier in the Business of manufacturing traditional Indian Sweets run under the brand name of “ROYAL SWEETS” and currently “THE PAPER PRINT AND PRODUCTS” as a PARTNER where his role is to ensure the implementation of standards related to Food Safety Systems, Trainings and Audits.
Is also the Chief Functionary Trustee of Noon Hospital and Research Centre and is actively involved in the administration and the functioning of the hospital. Also a Trustee to a Family Trust in Mumbai which provides Educational Help to school children and Medical help to patients in need.
Rajeev Menon
PartnerA graduate in Commerce from Bombay University is also a qualified Cost Accountant.
Mr. Rajeev Menon has many years of experience in the field of the Flexible Packaging industry. He started his corporate career with International Flexible Converters from the year 1980 to 1989, concluding the tenure as Managing Partner in the firm. From the year 1989- 1997 was with Sharp Industries Ltd as Deputy General Manager handling multifarious activities related to Sales and Marketing. He has also been with Orient Press Ltd from 1998 to 1999 as Deputy General Manager of Marketing & Sales. He was last employed in Multi Flex Lami-Print Ltd as General Manager, Marketing & Sales from 1999 to 2000.
He is a techno -commercial man and several years in the Flexible Packaging industry has enabled him to acquire proficiency in the field of Flexible Packaging and the plastics and polymer industry specializing in the manufacturing of printed extruded multi layered packaging material to the Pharmaceutical, Tobacco, Food & Confectionery, Cosmetic, and other FMCG industries for their high-quality packaging material.
From the year 2000 till date, he is associated with The Paper Print & Products as one of the Partners.
He has been in the Flexible Packaging, plastics & polymers industry for last 42 years.
Sudhir Jhunjhunwala
Finance ManagerA postgraduate in Commerce (Accountancy) and Law from Mumbai University.
He has been associated with the firm for over 40 years in various capacities.
He is entrusted with fine tuning the new developments and projects in terms of feasibility and cost review. He is actively involved in procurement, production planning, logistics, communications etc. He is responsible for all tax related matters and management reporting. He is an integral team member.

PPP – A Journey Of Five Decades
1969
Established as a printing unit with flexography and waxing. Catered to the packaging requirements of Britannia, Tomco, Hindustan Lever Limited, Akbarallys and a host of footwear and sweets shops.
‘70s
Added Rotogravure printing line and in 1974 started another vertical in Blister Packing & Skin Packing (Being the pioneers in this field).

‘80s
Expanded Blister packing to semi-automatic vacuum forming process, from 1 MT capacity to 20 MT. Ventured into food industries for packaging of confectioneries.
Started supplying to Britannia, Parle, Kellogg's, Cadbury
‘90s
Added multicolor Rotogravure printer in our flexible packaging division and diversified from waxing to lamination with high speed slitters and pouch making. Started supplying laminates to Britannia, Parle, Cadbury, Basf, Coca Cola, raptakos brett & co. ltd, Wibs, Cremica Agro Foods Ltd., Amul
Added more lines to vacuum forming, moving to continuous forming (automatic process), scaling up the capacity to 500 MT
‘2000s
Added prestigious customers to our basket : Air India, Nestle, Monginis, HyperCity, Walmart, Reliance Fresh, Bisleri, Garware, Everest
Added more lines to vacuum forming, scaling up the capacity to 1000 MT
‘2010s
Midway through 2010s decade, we discontinued our flexible packaging division due to technical compulsions and started concentrating on our core strength – vacuum forming / thermoforming / pressure forming.
Clients added were: Mars, Galaxy, Gadre, ITC, TATA Tea, Zorabian, Loreal, Godrej, Castlerock, Mondelez International, Schmitten
Added more lines to vacuum forming, scaling up the capacity to 1500 MT.

We are consolidating with our customer base. Have added fully automatic line and upscaled our capacity to 2500 MT
